This spa day gift idea is really easy to prepare and will save you lots of coins. Instead of sending your mom to the spa, give her the gift of pampering herself at home with all the spa fixings. If your mom is like my mom, I promise she will enjoy taking time to spoil herself and relax in the comfort of her own home.

• Candle- Spa day isn’t complete without a candle. Candles set a relaxing mood to any room. I recommend aromatherapy scents such as Lavender, Chamomile, or Peppermint. My favorite candles are from Bath and Body Works and one of my favorite candle scents is Bergamot Waters.
• Flowers- Grab a bunch of roses or your mom’s favorite flowers. She will appreciate it! Don’t forget to grab her favorite color.
• Reading Book- Give your mom an inspirational or devotional book. This year, I am gifting my mom a devotional book titled Embraced: 100 Devotions to Know God Is Holding You Close. It has 100 devotions that she can read to help uplift her spirits and read bible scriptures.
• Body Wash and Lotion- Spa day at home is not complete without a nice bubble bath. I recommend Bath and Body Works Aromatherapy line which has an assortment of essential oils. I picked up the Peppermint Essential Oil Body Wash and Lotion set.
• Epsom Salt- Oh yes! Dr. Teals Epson Salt is highly recommended for relaxation. It is a great soaking solution to help soothe sore muscles and relieve body aches. I like the spearmint scent.
• Mini Pedicure- Spa Day at home wouldn’t be complete without a mini pedicure. I found this cool 4-step foot care at Wal-Mart by Onyx Professional. It comes with a foot soak, foot scrub, foot mask, and foot lotion.
