Happy women are the prettiest, and I was a happy little lady when I saw this dress at Dillard’s. Today’s look features a yellow ruffle dress from Sugar Lips. I adore ruffles, and this dress was a major must-have.

The shift dress is a nice option for spring or summer looks. I paired it with a tortoiseshell pattern clutch I found at Zara. The purse is no longer available at Zara, but I found a similar option at Nordstrom (see below). I also found similar black heels that I listed below.
